Before a course starts, English Today will draw up a needs analysis with all participants in the group. This can be in the form of a short brainstorming session either at your company or by telephone.

At the beginning of a course the teacher will determine your existing knowledge and "fine tune" the teaching method accordingly. In the case of larger groups that has students of differing standards it is advisable to have an additional course, in order that all participants can progress at their own pace.
